1.Terms of Use of Site
Welcome to CopperGate Communications, Ltd. Site. The following are the rules or "Terms of Use" that govern use of the CopperGate Web site (the "Site"). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. CopperGate Communications, Ltd. ("CopperGate" or "We") reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, CopperGate may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
2. Limited License
You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site solely for non-commercial use within your organization (or if you are a CopperGate partner, your customer's organization) in support of CopperGate products, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify, create derivative works or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review promotional information, for such use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by CopperGate to do so. You also agree not to deep-link to the Site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by CopperGate to do so. The content and software on the Site is the property of CopperGate and/or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. We post a legal notice and various credits on pages of the Site, which may not be removed. Please do not remove this notice or these credits, or any additional information contained along with the notices and credits. Except as specified above, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right under any patent, trademark or copyright of CopperGate or any third party.
3. Compliance with Applicable Laws; Export Control Laws
Your access to the Site is governed by all applicable federal, state and local laws. All information available on the Site is subject to U.S. export control laws and may also be subject to the laws of the country where you reside. All CopperGate products and publications are commercial in nature. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the United States Government is subject to the restrictions set forth in DFARS 252.227-7015 and FAR 52.227-19.
4. Trademarks
The trademarks, trade names, logos and service marks (collectively, the "Marks") displayed on the Site are the property of CopperGate or other third parties. You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior written consent of CopperGate.

8. Access to Password Protected/Secure Areas
Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.
9. Software License Agreement
Any software which you download from the Site is governed by (i) the license terms accompanying the downloaded file, or (ii) if no license terms accompany the downloaded file, the terms of the license agreement which accompanied the original product licensed by you which you are updating.

11. Disputes
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the use thereof, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the courts of Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, the State of Israel.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold CopperGate, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.
