We have support engineer who goes to the field - who is actually helping people find out where the problem is. If they are seeing say pixelization in the field, then we will go to their site and actually knocking on the door and entering people's house to see where the problem is. Also, we will help the customer to install the HomePNA units in China or anywhere else and we will give them guidance on installation and also help them develop remote management system. So that they don't have to send someone to the site every time there is problem. They can simply monitor from their office or any place where there is Internet access. So, we have all the support in CopperGate China and Taiwan. We will help you develop the MDU system and the Home Networking systems.
